Completed and operational in 2022, the new state-of-the-art CONWOOD factory is easily reached by car from Shanghai and strategically located for accessibility and efficient connection to the company's network of leading material and component suppliers. This all-new facility covers more than 30,000 square meters, including material processing, sheet and shell manufacturing, sewing, testing, logistics and warehousing, and produces what we feel is some of the very best high-performance luggage in the world.

CONWOOD is an international professional luggage operation group integrating brand marketing, design and development, luggage and bag manufacturing, storage and logistics, established in Shanghai Pudong New District in 2002. Since its foundation, products have been exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Dubai, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and more than 50 countries and regions, establishing a strong international sales network and marketing all over the world. With its unique design, excellent craft and superior quality, CONWOOD has won the honorary title of "High Quality, High Technology" supplier certification in Germany as well.

- ODM: Our design and technology team consists of experienced international designers from Italy, Japan and China. So we are updated about the newest market trends globally and are able to create a unique product design. We have gained more than 120 patents and trademarks.
- OEM: With strong R&D capability, advanced international techniques, cutting-edge production equipment and more than a dozen years of OEM manufacturing experience, we have won a good reputation in the luggage industry for our product quality.
Quality Management System
We already know that travelers have many things to think about on their trip and the last thing they want is to worry about the quality of their luggage. To achieve this international standard of quality and ensure that we spot any defects and issues before we ship out our products, we implement a 6-step quality and safety check that sees our products through handling testing (strength of our retractable handles), multiple drop tests (for durability), running tests (for wheels and moving parts), impact tests (for structural stability), temperature tests (in numerous environments) and of course tumble testing (for protection and bag integrity). Our strict quality management system makes sure each bag that leaves any of our factories, should be of high quality and durability.

Policy on Child Labour
We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.

Policy on Sensitive Transactions
It is our policy to prohibit employees from entering into sensitive transactions -- business dealings generally considered to be illegal, immoral, and unethical or to reflect adversely on the integrity of the Company. These transactions usually come in the form of bribes, kickbacks, gifts of significant value or payoffs made to favorably influence some decision affecting a company's business or for personal gain of an individual.
Policy on Commercial Bribery
We prohibit employees from receiving, directly or indirectly, anything of value in return for using or agreeing to use his or her position for the benefit of that other person. Similarly, commercial bribes, kickbacks, gratuities and other payoffs and benefits paid to any customer are prohibited. However, this does not include expenditures of reasonable amount for meals and entertainment of customers if they are otherwise lawful, and should be included on expense reports and approved under standard Company procedures.

We accurately keep books and records of all transactions and the dispositions of our assets as required by law, as well as maintain a system of internal accounting controls to ensure the reliability and adequacy of our books and records. We take extra care to keep our customers' trust and confidence in us.
